Offices
GFM has extensive experience working on larger new build and existing office space projects in urban centres. We have developed systems of work so that our operators and engineers can mitigate the challenges of working on inner-city projects.
Retail
GFM has conducted extensive works on a number of flagship commercial buildings across the UK and has worked with some global retail brands. From smaller stores to large units such as a number of sales and service centres for an auto manufacturer.
Education
GFM refitted a substantial number of schools and education centres across the West Midlands usually over summer break – with very tight immovable deadlines – all of these projects were delivered on time and to budget ready for the new school year.
Sports & leisure
We are proud to announce that GFM has recently secured the contract for the delivery of the Sandwell Aquatics centre for the 2021 commonwealth games working alongside SES – Wates as the main contractor.
